How are your items fulfilled in your shop?
If items are vinyl stickers or an official event poster, I will fulfill and ship those items personally and ship them out to you via USPS. If items are regular posters, mugs, bags, etc. I will have those items printed and fulfilled by Printful and they will ship them via USPS.
Who do I contact if there is an issue with my order?
Please contact me at StacyBeeArt@Yahoo.com . If it’s an item that I take care of fulfilling, I will work with you on the issue. If it’s an item fulfilled by Printful, you will need to contact them about the issue and proceed with their return policy. (see below)
Is there a return policy?
For official event posters and stickers, there are no returns. For those items that are fulfilled by Printful, please view their return policy here.
What if I see a design I’d like to purchase on a mug, tote, sticker, etc.
If you’d like to purchase a design on an item that isn’t currently offered in my shop, please contact me and I will get it added for you. This does not apply for official concert posters.

If I’m interested in commissioning a mural or illustration from you, how do I go about booking it?

How long will it take to get a mural or illustration completed?
It really depends on the mural or illustration and how large or detailed the work needs to be. The best thing to do is to contact me via the contact form on my site and we can discuss what you need and the deadline you may have.
Do I own the rights to the mural or illustration you created for me?
Unless specified in the invoice, the short answer is no. I will still retain the rights to reproduce the image in any way I’d like. If you would like to own the rights to the image you’ve commissioned, please inquire about a licensing fee. Paying a licensing fee will allow you to own and then distribute or sell the work in any way you would like.
